“Upon registering at the Hotel, I truly believe that I was not assigned the room I reserved. I suspect this was due to the fac t that I had a service dog. I was greatly anticipating a room in the old section of this hotel with a river view. The room assigned was marginally adequate. There were NO amenities in the room.
