Great breakfast, fresh fruits, rolls and bread, nice selection of mains. Superior staff. Hotel car provided local transfers. 20 min walk old town. Would stay again. Of course, a Nobu restaurant w/ terrace views. Lovely.

My first complaint is with the quality of beds , they are the cheapest kind, the hotel tried to address my complaint by putting a mattress topper on but it just made it worse. Secondly the towels that were given to us were stained with dried blood , not good by any standard ! The breakfast is great if you’re wanting a cold fruit and a bit of cake, but for £24 I’d expect something hot other than eggs . The location is ok but you need a car to see San Sebastián and its surroundings . Lastly we paid for spa access but for all £250 extra for 3 nights there was never anybody in the reception and no directions. Just a waste of money as is breakfast

"The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It's confusing where to park. With all that being said it's kind of charming, the front desk staff were very helpful and it was nice being away from the big city but yet still close enough to go there. It was worth the money and I'd stay there again."
