The service from all staffs are very nice. The suites are large and comfortable with lots of closet space. It is conveniently located beside a subway, also free parking if you decide to drive. There's about 4 coffee shops in the same building, a large department store with ample food selection. A few downsides are I was not expecting was that you have to purchase tickets to enter the swimming pool. The price ranges from offseason, weekday to weekend. Also, since the suites were so large, if there was another bathroom that would of been perfect.

Shopping is very convenient and transportation is easy too. Lots of street food few steps away from the hotel and lots of good find restaurants. The staff are nice, specially Jun, who catered all our needs and responded quickly. He even had us checked in early when we told him
Our flight was at 2am and did not get enough sleep and that we are very tired from our travel. The room was small but clean and the bed was really comfy and soft. Would definitely stay here again next time :)
