“The staff are great and go out of their way to help you, the grounds are nice - lots of greenery, but the resort in not well maintained- during heavy rain, lots of parts of the building, including 2 of our rooms, got flooded. Also there's a very strong smell of sewer in some rooms that comes and goes. Additionally, the food handling is questionable as all 6 of us had tummy troubles at different points in our vacation, and when we watched the kitchen stuff handle raw and cooker food with the same……

“We traveled with a 4 year old. It is a great hotel with kids, lots of things to do, slides kids pool. The pool and the beach area are beautiful however the rooms and the buildings are run down. The outdoor toilets are awful! Food is great, staff could be nicer. What is kimd of ridiculous that we had to pay for ice cream next to the pool. Its an all inclusive hotel, its the least that ice cream is included!!!! Overall we had a nice stay the beach is beautiful sandy :)”

“Sehr schönes Hotel in der nähe von Side. Personal überaus zuvorkommend. Anlage ist in einem Top-Zustand. All Inklusive lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Restaurants sind sehr gut und das Essen abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen wieder!”

“Wir waren 6 Nächte dort und haben jeden Tag wirklich sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und hat eine ruhige grüne Anlage. Man fühlt sich direkt am Eingang (von Beginn an) schon entspannt und kann in Ruhe in den Urlaub starten. Das Essen hat wirklich eine sehr gute Qualität und die Auswahl ist Top. Ich wüsste nicht, was ich ich an den 7 Tagen vermisst haben sollte. Ich hörte einmal, dass sich eine Person beschwert hatte weil es immer das gleiche sei, was ich aber quatsch finde,……

“I used to travel for work. I have easily slept in over 1000 hotel rooms. This was the single worst experience of my life. The room key lock kept malfunctioning and they wouldn’t fix it. They would just give a new key card, which would only work once and tell me to go try it. The room was easily 500m away on a different floor. Being completely jerked around for 6 out 9 days the door mechanisms was finally replaced. But, it took me absolutely loosing my temper and start yelling before this was……

“Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut, aber es gibt zwei negative Aspekte: erstens das Meer und zweitens die überfüllten Restaurants sowie die Problematik mit Kindern. Der Meereszugang ist sehr felsig; das Meer und der Strand müssten aufbereitet und verbessert werden. Zudem ist ein „Adults-only“-Restaurant (ab 16 Jahren) im Hotel unbedingt erforderlich, da es in den Essbereichen oft sehr laut durch Kinder ist und man dort nicht zur Ruhe kommt.”

“We stayed 7 nights at the hotel. We had a 2 bed apartment and it was lovely. The main bed was quite hard though, and I had a sore back. The housekeeper was great and very attentive and the mini bar was stocked up daily. The food in buffet was good. The salads looked amazing and wish that I liked it. The restaurant staff were attentive clearing tables and topping up drinks. The option to use the A-la-carte was not great as you had to Watsapp at 9am for the day due to demand meaning we missed……

“Clean comfortable room with balcony which looked onto the river on one side and the main thoroughfare on the other. Air con excellent. Staff upon arrival helped with luggage and cleaner Yulin was superb and very friendly. Good value for money. Very central for everything. All in all a good stay.”

Su ısıtıcısını çalıştırmak için buzdolabının fişini telleri çıplak bir uzatma fişinden çıkarıp ısıtıcaya takmnaız gerekiyor vs. Bu durumda kahvaltı için ana binaya geçmedik bile. Mutfağı vs düşünemiyorum bile. ”
