"We loved our time at the Hyatt house. Location is unbeatable, and the hotel is modern and clean. The shower/tub drain was clogged which made it a bit tough for four people to shower during our stay, but aside from that everything was great!"

"Excellent room that was comfortable and very clean. Fantastic location in walking distance to key arena and downtown restaurants/shopping. The area for breakfast was dirty, with no obvious area for people to bus dishes, so plates piled up on the tables. A careless guest spilled coffee all over the tea and sugar packets at the coffee station that was left uncleaned by staff, so there were no dry tea packets available. "

From the cleaning folks to valets to front desk, the staff here was not only top notch but also friendly. The property is perfectly situated for walking to Pike's Market, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again. "
