“I have mixed views on this location. First and foremost, there was an enormous safety hazard at the top of the stairs with the rubber mat, I am not sure how it was missed. It's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or fatally injured, if not addressed. Secondly, the blinds at the front door needs to be replaced. In addition, the dust via ceiling fans, closets, etc., needs to be addressed. Additional Cons: The couch needs to be replaced, there were literally visible……

“Very clean, lots of excellent amenities, we were very happy; only thing we would change is we would have preferred cable over Roku as there was a snow storm while we were in town and it was hard to get local weather & news. However, we plan reserving here again!”

“The unit was very clean.The bed and bedding was very comfortable.TV and AC worked great with no issues.It felt newly decorated. I actually enjoy the quirkiness of staying in "non-hotel" rooms and this one didn't disappoint so FYI: there is no outlet in the kitcehn except behind he fridge so it you want to use the toaster, you'll need to plug in the living room.the shelves in the kitchen are so tall, there is no way to reach the cookware above the second shelf and the lowest shelf just had……

“A warm and cozy house with all the comforts of home. The location is perfection with a coffee shop, restaurants, retail shops and an ice cream shop just steps away. The hosts provide clear and quick communication. 10/10 would recommend. 💚”

“Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! ”

“Property was perfect for us”

“Darling cottage on the Loveland bike trail, just 8 minutes from where we lived for over 30 years! Close to our grandchildren which we were thankful due to a big snow storm and single digit temperatures upon arrival. Even though our grandchildren and dinner were brought to us, the area has many wonderful restaurants and things to do. Thankful we were able to check in a little early since the roads were getting bad! We did encounter a mouse many times the last night we were there! ”

“The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations.”
