South Lebanon Vacations from $287

They were under construction at the moment but it wasn’t disclosed in the listing. The staff were still nice and every thing was decent except the front reception area

Property was clean and room was comfortable.

Building needs a little bit of maintenance. Walking into the breakfast area/lobby floor it feels like it’s about the cave in. When I got to my room, the strong smell of cleaners was obnoxious. At least it seem like they did clean the room. It was just that the smell was really strong trying to sleep through.

We arrived Thurs to find the bathroom sink and shower soap dispensers were empty. I informed the front desk and they said housekeeping would take care of it. We left the room Fri and I asked the front desk to verify the issue would be addressed, they assured me it would. Fri evening we returned to the hotel and still no soap and some towels had been removed. We had prepaid for parking and when we were leaving, the key card the staff gave us did not work to pay for parking. I went back into the hotel for assistance, no one was around. We ended up using a credit card to pay for parking, which we had already paid for. When we checked out, I asked to speak with the mgr but no mgr was on the property. I asked that the mgr call me, never received a call. I called on Mon, left a VM for the mgr, no response. I expected a refund for the parking and received a generic 'we value you...not our usual standard...hope to see you in the future.' Should have gone with our first choice, Fidelity Hotel. I bet they could have addressed such simple requests in a timely manner.
