The property doesn’t follow hygiene regulations and requirements. it was filthy. The reception area windows and doors were full of dirt. It has not been cleaned in a long time. The room smelled mildew. The floor on the bathtub had impregnated mold and dirt. The sink also was filthy with mold and dirt. Pictures taken. The microwave and refrigerator were rusted. The room felt unsafe, the door didn’t have security latches. The wall was full of questionable holes. The wood of frame door appeared to be damaged and paint peeled off. The marketing and picture presentation of this hotel was falsely advertised. I am requesting my full refund.

Very over priced. Limited and very tight parking. Very noisy all through the night, were not able to sleep well at all. Had to wear throw away socks on floor which were black after 2 days. Fresh towels were left on the toilet. However it did have a nice view from balcony and short walk to the beach. Will not stay here again.

I liked that we had access to a boat dock on the property. Proble is that the dock is not boat friendly. The walls are covered in oysters and can scratch your boat pretty bad. Wished they had some PVC piped to bump the boats to. I did not like the rooms. Extremely outdated, the shower tub was extremely dirty like they had tried to repair the shower tub and the stuff they used was pealing off. Showered with sandles ON.

The price you pay for the hotel isn’t worth it. Rooms weren’t that clean, beds were uncomfortable they couldn’t even give us the proper bed sheet to put on the king size bed. There was a room below us that kept screaming most of the night and the morning and the hotel staff didn’t do anything about the situation. By our bed on the wall there was a huge ketchup stain that was very noticeable and wasn’t cleaned. Take your own shampoo and body wash because they don’t refill the ones in the shower. Some of the outlets didn’t work. I wouldn’t stay here again.

There was visible grunge on the walls, mildew in the shower and grout missing and light fixtures were missing with bare wires visible. There was trash everywhere. After speaking with both Expedia and staff, No resolution was available. We cut our vacation short.
