Absolutely loved my stay here , I received an upgraded room with a beautiful tub in the room . As well as two drink vouchers and $20 credit ! Room service was quick and the staff are super friendly 10/10 would stay again

I enjoyed this property very much ! Staff was excellent and so was the room. I had the suite with the huge balcony and by the 2nd smaller pool in the back. I would come stay here again for sure. Valet parking is a little high ($32 a night) but outside of that flawless stay here. One thing I think they should change is the ice machine setup. I shouldn’t have to go all the way outside for ice. It should be indoors with the rooms are

The room was very vintage feeling yet modern at the same time. Very fun room with a tub, vanity and other cute decor. ZuZu had really great food. Enjoyed a DJ out at the pool with a bar and food service poolside. Overall very fun weekend. Never had to leave the property.

Very nice and clean rooms. Our housekeeper came everyday even if we slept in. We had to tip her!! The pool area was nice and the DJ was lit but everything gets quiet at 6pm at the pool. The bar area was nice and the bartenders were very attentive. There is construction going on at the hotel that wasn't mentioned. They weren't too loud but one morning it woke my husband up and he couldn't go back to sleep. The hotel is back in the cut but close to a lot of shoppes and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Can't wait to come back!

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing & we wouldn't reccomend. Cleanliness and Maintenance: - The "quiet" pool was dirty, with bugs and debris floating around. One of the large cabana-style loungers had a massive stain in the middle that other hotel-stayers claimed was urine, making it unusable. The lack of oversight by the staff was shocking. Room Issues: - The AC in our room did not work properly, which was essential given it was 115-degrees. After notifying the staff, they checked the AC and claimed it was getting cold by using a thermometer in the vent. However, the room remained clearly hot. They offered to bring us a fan, which we accepted. After sweating all day and night, we asked to switch rooms the next day. They agreed and gave us a different, much nicer room for our remaining night. However, the AC in this room also didn’t work, though it was slightly cooler than the previous room. We wished they would have offered us a different room the first night instead. - In our first room, several outlets and lamps did not function. There was only one bedside table, which was inconvenient. - The absence of an elevator was a major hassle, especially when lugging suitcases to the second floor. I do not recall seeing this mentioned in the hotel's description. Pros: - Staff were nice and responsive to concerns. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. For the price paid, it was underwhelming at best. I do not understand the high ratings for this place.
