“I had apparently been banned from the property during the winter months for no apparent reason other than maintenance had an issue with my husband but had nothing to do me so I thought when I made the reservation for the room I figured there wasn't an issue. But when I went to the motel to check in they proceeded to tell me I had been banned and could not check in but I will”
