“I arrived and the staff was NOT friendly at all throughout my stay of 2 nights. Walked past several employees with no acknowledgment, when I went to check out she did not ask how my stay was nor did she say “good morning”. Dinner was horrible, they were out of several menu items and the burnt our baked potatoes. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not stay myself. Hampton Inn would have been a better choice.”

“The two women behind the counter at checkin were unfriendly and sullen making checkin uncomfortable. The coughing child in the office behind the desk (at about midnight) sounded very ill. When asked about it, the one staff person was very abrupt and apparently offended and said the cough was just allergies.
We have stayed here in the past had good memories of then stay, but after this rude experience, we likely will not stay there again.”

“Everything was great. One star withheld for the following. The pool chlorine level was super high. I just know after an hour my party was complaining of burning eyes. The pool hours were til 9. People left at 10. I had to call to get the staff to turn off the pool music at a little after 10. Every room revolves around the pool which is adorable. Only problem is you can hear everything until swimming is over. We had an early morning, so we wanted to go to bed early.”
