“Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!”

“Needed only 1 night as we were passing through from Florida, back to Canada. Last night our check-in girl, Chrissy. I think her her name was. She was a delight, full of energy, super polite professional. Even walked us to the elevator and had friendly conversation. She was the best part of our stay. Room was clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was good too. ”

“This has been one of the best hotels my family has stayed at before! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean! We stayed 4 days and never had an issue. Perfect location for us, right off of the interstate so getting to things was very quick and easy. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again! We traveled with 2 adults and 3 children for context. ”

“Not sure why this place has such a high rating. Besides the front desk lady being really this place fell very short on expectations. The wifi was very bad and spotty, so forget trying to do any work here. The cell signal at this place is horrible. The rooms and the hotel overall appearance needs a whole new facelift. Last but not least the breakfest was horrible. The only thing that was good was the apple and orange juice. I will not be coming back here. ”
