“First they double charged me. I paid though Expedia and when I got there the manager said they were no longer affiliated with Expedia and that I needed to give him a separate payment and he would deal with the Expedia. Then, after one night of staying there, I went to work come back and all my belongings were thrown in the trash, which at that point, the manager pointed fingers at the cleaning lady, and the cleaning lady pointed fingers at the manager. Never got half of my stuff back called the……

“Rooms was horrible...carpet was nasty..we had to change r own sheets cause they had hair on them..bathroom shower didn't work..if it wasn't for the crawfish festival we would have tried to stay somewhere else..but I will say..the lady working the desk was so supper Nice and tried her best to help us..They even had to rent a SUV to shuttle the customers back and forth to the crawfish festival...and with all that the hotel had going on with the horrible rooms those ladies made it all worth wild……

“The hotel room was very clean, and the entire property was well maintained, including the breakfast area and gym. We had two separate reservations—one for Friday night and another for Saturday and Sunday nights. The manager was very kind and accommodating, allowing us to continue our stay in the same room without having to check out and check back in. This saved us a lot of time and effort and made our stay much more convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. We……
