“Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

“Had to call to the number provided to receive a code for the door. Not a big deal, but it did take some time, so I recommend to give them a call in advance for a smoother process. Other that that, everything was very clean, and the location was awesome!”

“Too expensive for what was there.......Could have been vacuumed better....... coffee Kurigg did not work...... took forever to figure out how to run the TV with 2 remotes and no instruction sheet..And of course painting over blemishes and wallpaper peeling off the walls...... Was told there were only 3 rooms left - took a video of parking area- no one else was at the motel. Lady was most pleasant otherwise we would have walked away.”

“The property is beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. A special shoutout to their coffee and tea bar- it had a wider selection of teas than most supermarkets! We also loved having dinner on the peaceful backyard patio, which is thoughtfully enclosed with pest screens. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to spot hummingbirds several times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.”

This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. Close to restaurants and relatively close to other tourist towns of interest including Arthur and St. Jacobs. We recommend”

“Room wasn't prepared for the guest. No towels. no toiletry stuff. Had to call front desk and the staff taking time for ever to deliver it. Mgmt needs to fix this.”
