“Everything was great. Room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was fully stocked with real dishes/glassware and cutlery. Breakfast buffet was standard but certainly lots of choices. The lid of the steamer for the hash brown patties was left open (as per the sign) but that meant they were cold when I ate them. Also on our floor you could get snacks from a vending machine but had to go to a different floor for a drink vending machine. I never saw ice. ”

“I called the night before to be assured that i could check in late as I would be traveling from out of the country and was told it would not be a problem. Upon arrival, there was a sign that said staff would not be there after 11pm with a number to call. I called the number about 10 times and no one picked up. I could see my room key sitting on the desk so i grabbed it at which point someone came out to greet me, the maintenance man. There was a slight language barrier which i don't fault him……

“Front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. With the inn right off the busy highway it was still quite clean. I was surprised upon opening the door to my room! It was so spacious, clean and inviting I will stay here again and so should you The restaurant, Kim’s, is right on the property too. Go there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and you don’t leave still hungry.”

“I noticed neighbors had a dog. Close to food places and bowling alley.”

“Room was very clean! Comfortable King sized bed! Extra pillows and blankets in room. Large bathroom with shamoo/conditioner/ soap provided. Big fluffy towels. Friendly owner and waitress Breakfast was fresh croissants and oatmeal muffins. Homemade jam. Plate of fresh fruits.OJ, coffee and a crustless quiche with ham and cheese! Delicious!”

“Room was booked on line through Expedia. I booked it for my cousin who has the same last name. She was coming to Orangeville because her Mother had died the day before. When booking, it auto filled my name so I called the hotel to specifically let them know my error. The hotel (I have the name of the staff remember) said I had to change the booking with Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was on the phone for 45 min and then they dropped the call! Disgusting service! If my credit card shows a……
