"This hotel had amazing customer service that it was unbelievably. Every employee had a smile on their face and was ready to help with any problem. I have never seen a staff go above and beyond like they did. Every employee that I engaged with was friendly. Hats off to the hiring manager for picking great people! "I have stayed at this property before. It is nice. The only reason I chose this location for this stay is because they had an EV Charging station. Unfortunately the locking clip on their EV Charging connector was broken. While it was functional, it was a risk to the EV of the user if you were to unplug it, not knowing the locking mechanism was broken.
