“No hot water. Confusing check in. App did not work to open doors. Bedroom door didn't close. Very loud traffic noise. No hot water despite attempt to let us use another apartment water. Will never stay again. Wish I could get a refund”

“IT was very clean and spacious. They provided all of the necessities. The location was great - close to all of the restaurants and asttractions in Huntsville. Managment was immediastely responsive to our needs.”

“Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. “This unit worked so well for my fiancé and I. It was close to everything we needed. The property was clean but it looked like there had been some grout work in the tile when make the floor look dirty but it wasn’t. Overall the place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen area was so cute. Would definitely stay there again”

“Excellent place to stay with well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. The swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off on a hot day along with its shaded cabana area. The location is very convenient for visiting Mountain Brook, Crestline Village and shopping.”
