"The property is beautiful, and our cottage was very conveniently located. Our cottage was infested with ants, the AC was broken for the first night, and the ceiling fan was broken. When I reached out to the staff about these issues, they were very polite but the issues never really got resolved. ..."

"Food options were excellent. Great communication re pool closures due to weather, daily activities etc. Our luxury condo had a very limited lake view and was tired. The neighbors above us were ridiculously noisy so be prepared for very thin walls."
