“In the midst of University of Missouri, Springfield, so many options for shopping, restaurants, and things to see and do. I’ll certainly return.”

“The room smelled like mold and cigarettes, and there was dust on the nightstands, which made it feel unclean. I did like the large shower area. I called to request a late checkout and was told it was fine. However, when I returned after breakfast, housekeeping had already stripped the room and removed towels. The front desk said they assumed I had checked out and did nothing to fix it—only apologized—leaving me without basic amenities for my remaining two hours.”

“It was a great stay although the showers barely had hot water. ”

“Clean room with a darling boutique feel! Fluffy nice towels and linens. Parking was easy. Building is secure and locked so we felt very safe. Our only feedback is we felt there needed to be a larger window AC to cool the large room, we got a little hot at night with the unit on the coolest setting. Loved the little coffee shop attached, great bonus! ”

“No the hot tub was not warm enough and there were only 2 jets that were in the floor so it splashed water in your face while trying to relax”

“Very impressed with the quality and cleanliness if the room. They ARE rather small but suit my purpose of simply a place to sleep”

“Hotel itself was nice. Clean and cozy. Problem arose when people could not control their children running back and forth through the parking lot at 9pm each night. One night they were running between building screaming he's got a gun. Also woke up to our room reeking of marajauna from one of our lovely neighbors. ”

“Booket two rooms with two queen beds, and they overbooked and gave one of my rooms away, and had to settle for a king with a sofa bed. Customer service offered breakfast, but we were specifically going to leave the next morning for breakfast. As a whole, there was no real work to make things right.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. Room was clean and very quiet all night. Bed was extremely comfy. We were able to park right out near the front entrance. Breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of choices both hot and cold. Highly recommend. ”

“Clean rooms easy check in, great continental breakfast ”

“Asked for clean towels and the front desk attendant was super weird about it. Asked for us to bring the dirty towels down first because they don’t have many towels in the hotel so they need to have them on rotation.. like I just needed clean towels to take a shower. Also the shower never got super hot. It was luke warm. Breakfast was very basic.. ”

“Dinner was great, as was breakfast. Everythinh about this hotel was top notch.”

“We were greeted warmly at check-in, by Amanda. reservation was made the night before after reviewing hotels in various online apps. We inadvertently booked the wrong room. Amanda was very gracious in changing the queen room to a king room. We were returning from an 8-day trip, and the bed was by far the most comfortable of the trip.”

“The staff was courteous and friendly and the room was clean. The only complaint I have is that the room had some kind of odor that I couldn’t place. I didn’t complain about it because I wasn’t positive that it wasn’t just my sense of smell might have been off for some reason and the person that was staying with me didn’t say anything about it ”
