“Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. We were on the second floor in the "Everly Joy" room.....queen bed....very nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch after returning from our day's journeys and……

“Like it's location. Staff was good. Rooms were as requested. Pools were good. Breakfast wasn't a disappointment. Grandson and I wanted to play games in the arcade area, but only one works. Not good. Will stay there again . First time I have had a complaint.”

“Highly recommend this hotel. Everything was clean. Friendly helpful staff. Loved the idea of having a yogurt bar as a selection at breakfast. Conveniently close to white water park (right next door). Everything we had planned was 20 minutes or less away from this hotel. Also was just down the road from a baseball field, saw many kiddos in baseball uniform, never seemed over crowded and parking lot was full every night.”

“We last minute booked here and the hotel was very accommodating. It was clean, great breakfast that was well stocked, and great location. Also, I tip my hat off to the staff who had to evacuate the building because of a small fire in one of the ice machines. Their quick and efficient actions kept us all safe and secure. So thank you!”

“The reto was the perfect place for me and my family to spend the week at. The staff were all very friendly and the property was well maintained. It’s in a great spot next to a lot of the great Branson attractions and restaurants and the on site pool is a great spot to go relax.”

“We have stayed here multiple times and this time was no different. Everything was great! Very quiet at night. We did have a hiccup with our microwave locking and we couldn't get our son's chicken nuggets out of it. Nothing major. Having the same thing for breakfast everyday does get a little mundane so we went elsewhere the last day. Other than that we would stay here again.”

“Be prepared to put cash in an envelope in the room for housekeeping. The curtains was broken so we couldn’t shut it all the way for privacy. Housekeeping didn’t remake the bed nor restock toilet paper and tissues. I had to get toilet paper from the front desk. They did empty the trash and refresh towels. Carpet left stains on socks. All in all it’s low cost and it serves its purpose. Desk attendants were very nice.”

“Overall was a good motel for the price. One thing I always judge a hotel/motel by is their air conditioning. Seemed like the room I stayed in, it would run 20 minutes and kick off. Had it set in 60, and was no where near that in the room. It wasnt hot, but we went and bought a fan to keep us cooler. Room was clean but the mattresses needs replaced. I think the mattresses were older spring type mattresses that seemed past their prime and needed replaced. Pool was kinda small but clean. Our room……
