“Peacemaker Ranch was the absolute perfect place to stay. This cabin was very clean and well kept when we arrived, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. “No communication from property manager autumn. Confirmed our stay as booked per VRBO, charged us. I emailed her that morning regarding access, never received a reply. Arrived at home and it was occupied by another family. Phoned autumn who started they don't operate through VRBO and her assistant "was supposed to contact" me. She offered us to stay in a smaller unit. She did not offer a discount or apology. We canceled our stay and had to find another place to stay last minute.”
