"Overall great location for hitting both Zion and Bryce Canyon. Property is mostly isolated and offers fire pit area and a separate hot tub area that we actually used as a cold plunge, which was great after long day of hiking."

The place had split stacked up wood for sale and a nice firepit. So worth the price they are selling it for. Made for a memorable night with the family. Jacuzzi was large and clean. Easy to open and just a short 10 second walk up a trail to a private and secluded area. Will be back for sure. Thank you!"
