“The listing, if anything, undersells the quality and cleanliness of the property. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, comfortable locations for cooking, movie watching, or conversations by the fire. The hosts could not have been more gracious, and everything was clear and easy to locate. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a large, complicated dinner and then spent a great night eating it by the fire (they even gave us firewood!) “For a three-night stay, this place did the trick. The check-in process was easy, and the woman at the Front Desk was pleasant enough. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but the room was pretty well-kept and the housekeeping staff was friendly. Aside from a few issues (tricky tub faucet, slow-draining bathroom sink, shower rod not fully secured, and a very brief overnight power outage one night), everything was okay.
