“This B and B sits just outside of downtown Bloomington, just 5 minutes from the main attractions. We have stayed here twice for the Lotus Festival and really enjoyed it. The breakfast offers a variety of healthy options, as well as bacon and eggs. The rooms are spacious, and the beds have been very comfortable both times. We will stay there again, and can recommend it to travelers.”

“The room and the public areas were very clean and nice and comfortable. It's in a very quiet pretty neighborhood that's nice to walk around. The only thing that was wrong is Expedia. They apparently bought Vrbo, but didn't connect the communication. So since I've booked through Expedia, I did not receive any check-in information. “The check in information was not messaged to me, but I got lucky and Eugene was at the property departing as I was pulling in. We spent 7 minutes together, trying to get the information and finally I took a photograph off of his phone with all the check-in codes.The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The shower-tub was missed and had some dirty grunge that needed to be cleaned out.The front entrance had old lumber, leaves, dirty shoes, and was unlit when I was coming in at night,...

“It is a historic three story home built in the 1800’s on 9 acres. The 6 rooms are richly appointed. The area is surrounded by corn fields. The owner, Hans is an excellent friendly host and a first class musician. He also serves as a breakfast chef and serves french toast from a family secret recipe. My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if luckily our travels bring us back to the area. Highly recommended.”
