“Terrible experience!Hot tub was half empty and heat was not working. Had 2 grills, one gas and one charcoal. Both disgusting! The charcoal one was filled with water and gas one didn’t turn on.Contacted host and they told us sorry and that was it! They basically ghosted us! ”

“We had the most perfect girls’ weekend at this beautiful cabin! Melanie was such a wonderful host, staying in touch before and during the trip to ensure we had all we needed- and the welcome chocolates were such a fun surprise! This is one of the best rentals I’ve ever had- very clean, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, and equipped with everything we needed. We even had access to a free pass to visit the state park! From the cozy bathrobes and outdoor twinkle lights to the beautiful fireplace...

“The only thing confusing was that on some paperwork it stated check in was at 3pm and others said 4pm. The same with check out....some paperwork was 10 am and some 11am. Other than that it was a great getaway.”

“Check in/check out process was super easy. We had everything we needed, except for trash bags, which we were able to get from the office. All linens, dishes, silverware, pots and pans were provided. There is a stove, but no oven. I’d advise against buying food from the convenience store down the road from the campground, but if you do, check the expiration dates on everything. I’d definitely check out Lake Monroe. It is stunning! We will definitely be back. My only complaint is the mattress is...
