"I loved this stay because it has an amazing view of the lake and mountains and because it felt like home! Positives: comfortable beds, spacious, kitchen and laundry available, cute decor, great breakfast, helpful staff. Staff recommendations to eat at Restaurant Krone was right on! We took advantage of the Thun area card at the Oberhofen castle, boating on Lake Thun, and visiting StBeatus Cave & waterfall, and Panoramabrücke in Sigriswil. Negative: for us, nothing! Some people may not like climbing stairs to their room but that’s why it has a great view."

"It was a very nice room and a very clean hotel. However, be aware that there’s a transparent shower window into the bedroom so if you are not traveling with your spouse or partner, you might want to consider that. It’s somewhat opaque at the bottom but still awkward. I asked the front desk if there were any other room rooms and she said all the rooms are the same. Otherwise, the price was great great staff great hotel."

"We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved our balcony room with a view of the lake. Couldn't stop taking pics from it. Grounds are excellent and well maintained. Breakfast was good, but the same each day. Two things we'd suggest though, pillows were feathered and had no substance (had to ask for additional) and no lotion in the bathroom. These are minor things compared to how much we loved the setting. Would highly recommend."

The bed was especially luxurious, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. One of the most unforgettable highlights was the breathtaking Swiss mountain views. Waking up to such stunning scenery each day truly elevated the entire experience and made my stay feel even more special. Overall, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I can’t wait to return for another stay!"
