“I had an excellent experience overall. The only glitch you may not know about is it was difficult to get cold water at night or hot water in the morning. That problem may be exclusive to occupants of the 4th (top) floor. I know if you are aware, it will be resolved. I really liked the stay and would gladly stay again. The staff was delightful!”
