“I have just arrived home after spending two nights here.
I booked the Garden Room which was spacious and had a nice view of the garden. No one over looking so lots of privacy.
The room was extremely clean and the amenities supplied very thoughtful.
Different teas, coffees, and milks supplied.
Little welcome biscuit and we also had a fresh slice of banana bread/cake supplied on the second day.

“Still the best place to stay in Poole. Shower was awesome, enough room to get a rugby union team in!!! Great location near the restaurants on the Quay and a ten minute walk from the train station. Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. “We stayed for 3 nights, day 1 there was no hot water, so no shower or cleaning from the sink, staff sorted it out!
Nothing went wrong on day 2 but day 3 the electricity blew just before we were going out so kinda messed up our preparation, again the staff sorted it.

“We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests.
The terrace and the view are absolutely stunning and were definitely the highlight of our stay. However, it was disappointing that guests were not allowed to have meals on the terrace, and there was no waiter service……
