You'll love to stay in this spacious two bedroom apartment, first row to the sea. It's located in center of Split, but at a secluded location. Beach and sea promenade are just down the stairs, less than 1 min walk. You can enjoy beautiful sea sunsets from the patio, sipping your drink and eating dinner. We also provide two free parking spots in the yard of the house. Despite being close to all events it's in a quiet area, ideal for enjoying your holiday or bussiness trip. \*\*\*\* About the apartment: You'll love to stay in this spacious 80 m2, two bedroom apartment at an exclusive location in Split. Apartment is in the private house at the ground floor with patio and has two air-condition units. It's in the ideal location to spend your holiday in Split. Unlike majority of other apartments, this one is right next to the beaches and parks at the west end of the city. Beach Zvoncac and ACI Marina Split are just few minutes walking from the apartment. It's also just few minutes walking to the Split west seafront, Riva promenade, famous Diocletians Palace and Prokrative square. To see majority of attractions located within walking range of the apartment, please browse through photos. Living room has an air-condition unit, a large LED TV with cable channels and comfortable sofa bed sleeping two people. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine and a fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal. Each bedroom has one cozy double bed. Master bedroom has an air-condition unit and LED TV too. Bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and washing machine. We will also provide you an iron and ironing board. All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more is included free of charge. The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 3 to 10 minutes walking. Popular Split beaches Zvoncac, Jezinac and Obojena Svjetlost are within 5-20 minutes walking from the apartment. \*\*\*\* Getting around: Bus station is one minute walking from the apartment. Ferry port, train and regional bus station are 20-25 minutes walking from the apartment. \*\*\*\* Interaction with guests: If you need anything I'm here to help.
