My 19 y/o daughter and I had a great stay here. The place was clean, convenient to downtown and waterfront, and quiet. Beds were good and short walk to grocery store. Maybe 30-35 mins to Split airport.

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the kitchen being stocked well enough to cook several nights. The location was FANTASTIC being less than 10 minute walk to the Riva on our left, about 2 minutes to the harbor, and about 7 minutes to a park and public swimming to our right. We enjoyed having the grocery store just at the end of the street. We were always able to get free parking on the street. Would love to stay here anytime we are in Split.

Split Vacation

The property was within walking distance to the old city as well as a great overlook of the city and bay. The property is large with nice sized rooms and was perfectly clean. Marjiana allowed us to put our bags in the apartment before check in so we could go and explore the town. I would definitely stay there again!!

Easy walk to downtown Split!

This is a lovely property and the hostess was wonderful and accommodating. We arrived early in Split and she let us check in one hour early. We liked the blackboard wall with everyone’s comments and recommendations. There is a great bistro at the corner for your morning coffee if you do not feel like making it in the unit.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a great location.

We spent 4 nights in this 2 bedroom apartment within a few minutes walk of the old town yet on a quiet residential street. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We had a car and finding parking on the street was no problem. The property manager was excellent. She answered all my questions quickly and had someone meet us when we arrived to show us around. I highly recommend this place.
