Three bedroom modern furnished apartment with bathroom and auxiliary toilet, balcony with view of Split bay and terrace with shower, barbecue and deckchairs
The rooms are spacious (two double and one single rooms) equipped with air conditioning, new generation TV, wardrobes and all that a guest needs

Very comfortable apartment in a beautiful city. Andro was very helpful and we appreciated the air conditioning! A lovely place for us and our 2 young kids.We didn't use the roof terrace much but loved the balcony.The apartment is also a major bus route into town (don't think we ever waited more than 5 minutes) and buses are very reasonably priced. Also just a few minutes walk from Lidl and some cafés.

Great location, great holidays

If you want to have a good time in Split, then I can recommend this accommodation. When we arrived, Landro (landlord) gave us his parking lot. In Germany parking is not a problem, in Split it is definitely a big problem. The apartment is great, the view of the sea sensational. The air conditioning, which is definitely needed in the summer months, is great. There is also a roof terrace where you can hang out in the evening. You can easily get to the city center by bus. Buses run here every 10-15 minutes. The prices are very reasonable. The journey takes around 10 minutes. The city center of Split is very beautiful and highly recommended. However, if you want to eat out, it is advisable not to eat directly in the center, as the prices here are quite high. Landro is a great landlord. When we needed new towels, he came immediately after a phone call. If we go on vacation to Split again, we will definitely rent the apartment again.

Excellent apartment and host

Andro went out of his way to make our trip as comfortable as possible. I told him an arrival time of 7pm but on the day our plan changed and our new arrival time was 3pm (1 hour before check in). When I informed Andro at 2pm, he accommodated us without any issue. He was present at the check in and brought drinks for us. He explained us everything and shared a booklet with a lot of hand picked info. The area and parking was a bit tricky but once we were inside the apartment it was a different world altogether. The apartment looked brand new, spacious for a group of 5, well furnished and had everything we needed. We had a small issue with parking due to construction in the area. For that little inconvenience, Andro showed up next day with delicious pastries and croissants. In short, Andro and his apartment are an irresistible combination!

Family stay in Split

Andro met us in the parking lot to give us his parking spot. He stocked the fridge with wine, beer, juice and a large chocolate bar. The apartment is large and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The parking situation is a little tight so we left the car and used Uber to the old town about 4 Euro. There are many restaurants, bakeries and shops within walking distance. Waking up to the sea view is very nice.

Moderne Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Es handelt sich um eine modern eingerichtete und ausgestattete Wohnung im 9. OG eines Wohnblockes. Alles vorhanden, was wir in einer Wohnung erwarten. Die Lage zum Strand, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist sehr sehr gut. Zur Altstadt sind es ca. 40 min zu Fuß, man kann aber auch den Bus (Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe) nehmen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Durch den Schlüsselsafe war alles total unkompliziert. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt bleibt die Parksituation in dem Hochhauskomplex. Die ist schon sehr angestrengt. Wir haben einen Parkplatz gefunden, aber man braucht etwas Glück. Alles in allen eine super Wohnung, auch überhaupt nicht laut, mit schönem Blick über Split und aufs Meer. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Great Apartment

The apartment was really great, clean and spacious. Andro was very nice and welcomed us friendly. He showed us the apartment and gave us tips for our stay. Unfortunately the surrounding is not so nice, some unsightly skyscraper. But there is a parking spot in the front and the sea is a 15 min walk away.

Lovely Apartment

Apartment Toni is well equipped with everything that we needed for our holiday in Split. It must have been recently refurbished; has good WiFi and is very clean. Andro met us when we arrived and showed us around. There was no need to contact him until we left as we had no problems while we were there, but he ensured that we had his contact details and invited us to call him if we needed anything. Although the apartment block is a relic of the town's communist past, it is well situated for the supermarket and there are several nice bars and restaurants just around the corner. The beach is only a few minutes down the hill, while the old town is a 10-15 minute walk or a quick Uber ride away. Split and the nearby islands are wonderful. We all agreed that we would love to return.

Perfect Split Apartment!

We had an incredible time staying at Andro's place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and very well stocked for guests. The private rooftop terrace has a gorgeous view of the sea and the mountains. Located just a short walk from Kupalište Trstenik and Žnjan beaches, and a short Uber/taxi ride away from the Old Town- you can easily access all that Split has to offer. Andro himself was an amazing host, very hospitable and communicative; he always ensured we were well taken care of. If you're planning a trip to Split I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Eine Top moderne Wohnung.

Andros Wohnung war bezaubernd. Die Wohnung war außerordentlich sauber, modern und ordentlich. Andro war immer stets freundlich und hat uns einmalige Tipps für unserrn Aufenthalt in Split gegeben. Die Tachterasse bietet eine Grillmöglichkeit, einen Blick aufs Meer und Sonnenliegen. Wir würden das Appartment weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

An amazing apartment

The apartment is about 1.5 miles from Split harbour. You`ll find the Roman city complete with authentic eating places, shops, markets, hand-made crafts & many benches to sit & take in the fab views. The bus terminal, railway station & ferries to lots of islands all there together by the harbour, very convenient. Split is stunning, cost of living cheaper than many historic cities & Croatia people friendly. Andro who owns the apartment is generous & helpful & really looked after us when we stayed in his super clean, spacious & well equipped apartment. You will not be disappointed I`m sure.
