Apartment Loreta is located on the Dalmatian coast, in the city of Split, and is only 30 m from the most famous beaches. Split Airport is only 20 km away.  
The apartment is located on the ground floor with a Mediterranean garden and barbecue facilities. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with living room, kitchen and dining area is suitable for 6 people.  
An outdoor grill and garden are available to guests.  
Only 10 m from the apartment there are places with several beach bars, restaurants and many other entertainment options. In the immediate vicinity is the bus station where you can get to the center in 10 minutes. You can also walk to the city in 30 minutes along the beach.  
  
 Ideal place where guests can relax and spend pleasant moments in the luxury, while being only few steps away from refreshing sea. Gorgeous, new and comfortable 4 \* sunny apartment, first row to the sea. Beautiful location with only few seconds by walk from the best known and most popular beach Znjan. Terrace with beautiful sea view, garden full of scents of Mediterranean herbs and roses with Dalmatian ambiance, fireplace, garden furniture, and outdoor shower. Perfect place to rest for families or friends.  
Luxury 4 star apartment called "Loreta", is very comfortable with new interior furnishing. Decorated with much love, taste and time. Beautiful location with only few seconds by walk from the best known and most popular beach Znjan, so it is perfect location for beach lovers!It is located in calm, modern neighborhood with many activities, such as: cycling, running, walking or swimming.!Supermarket, cafes, beach, ATM, and the bus station are only 10m away. So, you can reach the old town by walking along the sea!Apartment is very sunny, you will love the location, garden with fireplace, atmosphere and good energy. Ideal place for rest and relaxation with family or friends.  
Free public parking is provided in the front of the apartment.  
The whole area is dominated by bars and restaurants with outdoor open terraces with beach chairs and umbrellas. Žnjan has therefore become a new favorite beach for young people, families with children and tourists. In addition to numerous entertainment facilities for children, the beach has outdoor showers, changing cabins and public toilets.  
This is our guests' favorite part of Split, according to independent reviews.

#### Tolle Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und ist in einem Top-Zustand. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Bei der Ankunft standen Früchte und Käse für uns bereit, sowie verschiedene Getränke. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über mehr als ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Über den vorhandenen Sat-Receiver sind eine gute Auswahl an deutschsprachigen Fernsehprogrammen verfügbar und der Wifi-Zugang ist äußerst schnell. Es sind ständig freihe Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden. Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein Mini-Supermarkt, wo man alles einkaufen kann (inkl. frisches Brot jeden Morgen). Die Eigentümer sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps bezgl. Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft extrem sauber und eine Zwischenreinigung während unseres Aufenthaltes (inkl. frischer Bettwäsche) wurde auf einfache Anfrage hin kostenfrei durchgeführt. Hand- und Badetücher sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem! Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.
