"Good location and facilities"
Thought the hotel was excellent. Good location although nothing much round about. Could possibly see why some people may not be so happy if the room does not look over the sea or marina.

Pocket Guide: Split, Split Luxury Hotels

Commanding a splendid coastal site, its palm-lined seafront promenade backed by rugged mountains, Split is Croatia’s second city after Zagreb. The UNESCO-listed old town lies within the walls of Emperor Diocletian’s 3rd-century Roman palace. The pedestrian-only, marble-paved streets and piazzas are filled with medieval stone buildings, cafes and boutiques. Daily ferries serve the nearby islands and many yacht charter companies are based here.
