“優點: 1\. 非常新 大 乾淨 質感不錯的公寓 2\. 浴缸很大, 木質地板 感覺乾淨 3\. 有陽台, 雖然沒甚麼view 4\. 有廚房, 附上整套碗盤 刀叉, 雖然用不到但覺得質感很好 5\. 價錢合理 缺點: 1\. 離split老城區不近,走路25\~30分鐘(上下坡), 坐公車會比較快(10分鐘內), 但公車班次不是很穩定..一小時1\~2班 2.早餐很普通, 只有麵包, 牛奶, 優格...沒有熱食 3\. 樓層偏低, 只有2F, 基本上都要拉上窗簾....”
