“The room was very clean, bed sheets, towels etc. The housekeeping cleaned our room daily. The receptionists were so helpful and kind all the time. I'd like to mention their names: Gordana, Lorena, Ivana and Marija. They answered all my questions and adviced me about the city. The location of the hotel is very good. Everywhere is closed on Sundays except the Joker shopping mall where is only 5 minutes to walk. It's also 25 minutes to walk to the old town and Riva. I asked for airport pick up……

“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk……
