“Adita and Ivan were very helpful. It is a beautiful boutique hotel inside the palace area. My room was so beautiful , clean and comfortable. The wall in the bathroom was stone, so that was unique. The bathroom was large. The floor in the room was very unique and cool looking. There was also nice wood furniture and wood paneling. Oh and a very cool glass chandelier. I had never seen anything like it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. I was sad to leave.”

“Free parking was the most important benefit of this hotel. The room and the furniture were dated. The restaurant was deserted and we had to order pizza from outside on our arrival night. TV was not operational, no hand soap in the room, no tissue paper in the room, the bathroom vent fan was broken and was extremely load and would stay on long after you turned it off. When these issues were brought up at the front desk, as helpful as the receptionist was, he was unable to solve for them. His……

“Have notified Expedia as amenities list on here does not match what is provided & what is listed on other sites so is out of date. Hotel itself was lovely but there were things we booked it for which did not exist, so is worth checking the hotel site directly before booking. Some staff were exceptional, lady with long brown hair on reception & waiter with glasses were both very helpful & friendly during our stay. Breakfast very good. “We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”

“These are rooms in an apartment very near the ancient town. Location is excellent and very convenient. You are 300 feet from the ferries. We could literally see Diocletian's Palace from our room. The rooms are modern and clean, but this is not a hotel and there are no amenities. The “breakfast buffet” it’s just a choice of a few pre-selected menus served at a nearby hotel. Breakfast quality is average and meager. If you don’t need hotel amenities this is an excellent choice.”

“This property is located within the walls of Old Town Split. I was unaware that a taxi could not drop me off at the door. I recently had surgery, and needed help with my luggage. The staff made all the arrangements, and provided someone to walk with me to meet my transportation. The staff went way beyond what they had to do to help me!”

“Perfect location & close to the Riva, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Best espresso, cappuccino or flat white coffee you could ever ask for. Includes a wonderful breakfast plus a quality restaurant on the premises. Rooms are very modern, well appointed, Quiet and the best shower ever! We would most definitely stay there again without reservation and no need to look elsewhere. Two thumbs up.! JB”

“Lovely little boutique hotel in an excellent location just a short walk from the port and all the shops and restaurants and bars. Delightful room with comfy bed and wonderful Spa Rituals toiletries in the bathroom which had an excellent shower. A delicious breakfast was provided at a very nice brasserie right on the main promenade. Great views and good for people watching!”
