“Modern facilities well-located in old town. Remarkably proactive and considerate service from Mario, Toni, Ivan etc. wonderful breakfast in the Makarun Restaurant that is associated with the rooms. Would stay there again next time i am in Split. Take advantage of concierge service as the rooms are well hidden. Easier to find restaurant entrance.”

“Lovely little hotel but rather difficult to reach as it only has pedestrian access we had 2 heavy suitcases and I have a severe knee condition so found it difficult”

“Good location, walking distance with luggage to the ferries. Close to everything. We had one of the rooms with a balcony overlooking the alley, which was nice. Multiple breakfast options, simple but good. 👍”

“Lovely little boutique hotel in an excellent location just a short walk from the port and all the shops and restaurants and bars. Delightful room with comfy bed and wonderful Spa Rituals toiletries in the bathroom which had an excellent shower. A delicious breakfast was provided at a very nice brasserie right on the main promenade. Great views and good for people watching!”

“Free parking was the most important benefit of this hotel. The room and the furniture were dated. The restaurant was deserted and we had to order pizza from outside on our arrival night. TV was not operational, no hand soap in the room, no tissue paper in the room, the bathroom vent fan was broken and was extremely load and would stay on long after you turned it off. When these issues were brought up at the front desk, as helpful as the receptionist was, he was unable to solve for them. His……

“Adita and Ivan were very helpful. It is a beautiful boutique hotel inside the palace area. My room was so beautiful , clean and comfortable. The wall in the bathroom was stone, so that was unique. The bathroom was large. The floor in the room was very unique and cool looking. There was also nice wood furniture and wood paneling. Oh and a very cool glass chandelier. I had never seen anything like it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. I was sad to leave.”

“Great spot, centrally located within the palace walls and away from all the foot traffic so you can sleep well at night. The space itself is big with your own private balcony and incredible views! No complaints and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.”

“Have notified Expedia as amenities list on here does not match what is provided & what is listed on other sites so is out of date. Hotel itself was lovely but there were things we booked it for which did not exist, so is worth checking the hotel site directly before booking. Some staff were exceptional, lady with long brown hair on reception & waiter with glasses were both very helpful & friendly during our stay. Breakfast very good. “Location was convenient to walk to the old city stores and restaurants, however looking out of the window in the room was a junkyard, scrap metal and other debris The bathroom was fabulous with very modern fixtures. The electric lock system was wonderful not having a physical key was great ”

“We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”
