We sent a text at 7:00 am and we had a response within 5 minute. 30 minutes later HVAC guy was there to fix it. Amazing response time and service! This place had everything you could possibly need, not to mention like new condition! But this rental was one of the best I have ever used. The owner is responsive, the property is immaculate, the rooms are well laid out so that our five adults had both privacy and places for gathering. Easy walk to town and in a quiet location with minimal traffic and neighbors, lots of birds and we even saw a fox out back. Two of our friends who are sensitive to scents didn’t love the many diffusers but those were easy to move and replace on the way out.
