I thought that was the place we were supposed to go because there was no one there to guide us. We arrived, went up, and stayed in the mobile home for a while. Then I called him because of a water issue, and when he arrived, he told me a bit rudely that this was not the place we were supposed to be. He said he had sent me a message, and it was only at that moment, that I realized the message had arrived. But it had come 15 minutes before check-in, at 4 p.m. I think he should have sent me those instructions on how to enter the property the day before, so that I would know exactly what to do. He never did that. Now I see that on the Expedia app, I’m being charged an additional amor y, which I consider an illegal charge, because that was never agreed upon. The payment was made, and now they’re charging me an extra supposedly because of a dog, a pet that was on the property. But the pet wasn’t mine; it belonged to some friends of ours who just stopped by before we all went to a spring. They only passed through, and I even asked him if our friends could visit the property and he said yes, that there was no problem. The pet was theirs. And besides that, even if the pet had been mine, there were no written instructions in the property details about how to add a pet.
