Private one-bedroom apartment in residential home/duplex. You will have your entrance, a dedicated desk with high-speed wired (and wireless) internet.  
Relax at this peaceful place to stay.  
  
Free driveway parking right next to your entrance!  
  
Guests have private access to the unit and no shared spaces except for the beginning of the driveway. Guests may occasionally see the property owners there.  
  
I am just a text away. Let me know if you need anything.  
  
Let me know if you would use a sofa bed so we can make it for you.

Quite a friendly cul-de-sac. Almost no cars drive by, so it's safe and quiet to walk or run on our street.
