Townhome 3 in Springdale, at Zion National Park

  • Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Our townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Location is excellent (grocery store, outfitters, restaurants, and shuttle bus to Zion). Property is well equipped and has nice views. A great place to come home to after a long day in the park.

Amazing location. Walkable to rental shops for bikes and gear to walk the Zion narrows. Springdale shuttle bus stop very close too. Enjoyed sitting on the upper porch in the late afternoon enjoying the views.

We had an amazing Zion experience staying at this townhouse. It is very conveniently located close to the shuttle stop and the visitor center. The townhouse had all the amenities one could expect. Matt and Trista are great host, they kept in touch with us during our stay to make sure our stay was comfortable. Thank you both for all the hospitality!

Amazing host, timely communication. The property itself is located very centrally on the main strip within walkable distance of many restaurants. And is only 30 mins walk to the Zion entrance and is within 5 mins walking distance of Springdale shuttle stop. Property is clean, well maintained and has all the essentials needed for the duration of the stay. Will definitely book again if we are to return to visit Zion.

Great place to stay while visiting Zion

The house was comfortable and clean. We had a couple of days of very cold and rainy weather and this was a great place to wait it out. Much better than a hotel room. The location was perfect.

Great stay at Zion

Amazing Zion stay! The Vrbo exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the park, close to restaurants and the bus stop. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Little extras like comfortable beds,well stocked cupboards, shampoo, soap, etc. Highly recommend!

Great for visiting Zion

This condo was absolutely perfect for seeing Zion. You can leave your car in the parking spot and catch the shuttle directly into the visitor center where you can then pick up the Park shuttle to see Zion. Clean and comfortable!

Excellent Stay in Springdale

This townhouse is perfect for your Zion stay. It’s located right next to Shuttle Stop 5, a grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops, and very close to a bike rental shop—pretty much everything you need! The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked so well! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay on their Zion visit!

Fantastic Zion Stay

Amazing stay in beautiful townhome. Perfect location very close to Zion National Park. Super clean and many extras provided (towels, blankets, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.) Grocery store across the street. Walkable to many restaurants. Would happily recommend to others and would definitely stay again.
