We were greeted by a professional desk clerk. We checked out with a virtual assistant on a monitor. It was strange experience. While the hotel was clean the bathrooms and showers are dated. The parking was excellent. The breakfast could have stayed open past 9:00Am BW needs live people at the desk not robots

Byron at the front desk was phenomenal! Extremely helpful and thorough. Breakfast was more than expected. Location was ideal for public transit into the city via Franconia-Springfield park and ride. This is the spot for DC.

The hot breakfast each morning was the best part of the stay. The property was okay. I was not a fan of the AI checkout in lieu of a real human. It felt very impersonal to me. I believe they should reconsider that aspect. Additionally, I feel that it was slightly overpriced with comparable brands, but the property was fine and the fresh breakfast was appreciated.
