There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues with the bathroom, but overall we were very pleased with this hotel. I would stay there again.

The rooms were updated and clean, the lobby was functional, and the it was an easy walk into downtown. I was definitely taken back by the outside appearance which was more like an old fashioned motel.

I was satisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the room, both of which were very good and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The wireless was very poor. They said they were aware of the issue and were going to have it looked at.

Property itself was old and somewhat sketchy. Morning breakfast that was included was unappetizing - eggs were cold, hot coffee out and muffins were stale. For the rate I paid, I would not recommend or return.

Gross.
Dirty tissues left by housekeeping, poor service at front desk. Dirty pillows, just overall gross. Domestic disturbance early on my last morning work me up and cops had to kick out other guests. Wish I had stayed at the Fairfield next door. Northampton is great but don’t waste your money on this spot.
Looks like an attempt at a cute bow but the whole roll was wet.

Great for a solo traveler
I am a solo traveler, and this was a fantastic place to lay my head for the night. The hotel was quiet. Everything worked. Shower was hot. Breakfast was filling.
