Amazingly cute hotel in the heart of the city. Close enough to walk to, but away from the chaos. Loved the room, the lobby, filled with plants. Cons (if I had to name any): difficult and expensive parking, the bar closes early weekdays, and the advertised roof top pop up is only open weekends. All in all, a great spot to stay!

Nice hotel but not in the least family friendly -- unless you are nudists. The bathroom and shower rooms offer zero privacy and you can see right through the doors. Staff were a little pushy about upselling. Otherwise the hotel is great.

The hotel itself was good. However, the bathroom door didn’t actually shut all the way and it was a sliding open door with no lock. Then the shower had no curtain or any kind of small lip to even keep the water from going onto the majority of the bathroom floor. I just wasn’t impressed or satisfied with their bathroom setup. Other than that I liked the hotel

Noelle is super special in the heart of old Nashville. I was taken with how friendly the staff is. Even the dinner and breakfast room service staff were appropriate, polite and helpful. You might bring extra hangers since there was no closet in my room and the hanging rail was way above my reach since I’m short. The shower was clean snd pretty but I couldn’t figure out to get a safe heat on the water level. There was a bit of drama they couldn’t anticipate. Someone set off a false fire alarm and an evacuation was loudly broadcast. I was in the middle of getting dressed. By the time I went out into the hallway, I saw a maid to ask and she smiled sweetly and nodded the way but I couldn’t find the stairs. I recommend finding them when you arrive. It was note to self that these things actually happen. All in all, it is a special place with exceptional quality and service.

Great location. Solid gym for this level hotel. Staff friendly. We were there at a very busy time (Vanderbilt move-in), but room cleaning was very slow, and in our suite, they cleaned one room but not the other. There were no blankets for pullout sofa. Elevator broke. Would give it another shot at a less hectic time!
