I had an awful experience at this property! My entire experience with Bellstar at Solara Resorts was a hassle. The process to check-in is very cumbersome, and only performed by email. You don't even receive the email guidance until the day of. There is no check-in desk or person to speak to. We unfortunately were placed in a building not marked when you enter the property. We took a stab at entering the underground garage hoping our building would be identified. It took 20 minutes to get to our room as there's only one elevator from the garage to the building floors. When I registered for my free parking I accidentally put in my credit card in addition to the promotion code supposedly providing the free parking. I was charged for parking and when I reached out to the resort, their response was there was nothing they could do for me. I tried to point out they are responsible to ensure I receive free parking, and their response was there was nothing they could do for me. If you're searching for a hassle free stay in Canmore I would strongly urge you to avoid Bellstar at Solara Resorts!
