"Clean and new feel"

"I booked a 2 twin-bed room for myself and another lady friend. But at arrival, the staff told us that they by mistake booked all twin bed rooms out, and did not keep one for us. I asked for a free upgrade to a second room, but being refused. As a result, we two ladies had to share a king bed for the night. Fortunately they moved us to a twin bedroom the next day. "

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was across from the elevator but did not hear any noise. They have a Nespresso in the room with coffee pods but no tea offered. There is no kettle in the room so to get hot water, I had to go to the front desk with my thermal mug to have them fill it from the bar. There was a 1 L bottle of water in the room but it was only complimentary if you booked your stay directly through the hotel. I confirmed with the front desk that as I used a booking site, I would have to pay for the water. First time I’ve encountered this in a hotel stay. "

"Good location and comfortable "

"Clean room, clean bed sheets, changed towels and worm oll day and night. Good warm shower. Good price. Perfect acomodation for a citybreak. Is close to city transport 3 minutes, to diferent lines so you have to chose from. Only downside would be the thin walls and the street tram, but it wasn't a problem for me after a whole day of walming I sleept like a rock"

"This was my second stay at the same hotel in Vienna… It was super clean, the staff is always courteous and I love the theming of this hotel. I will definitely keep coming back here if I ever make it to Vienna again."

"The hotel is centrally located on a quiet one-way street. The service is superb and the building is extremely well-maintained. There's great attention to detail here and you won't be disappointed. The wifi is not the best but everything else made up for it."
