Since they’re older, Spanish-speaking, and not very tech-savvy, I made the reservation for them and called ahead to ensure their late arrival would be okay. The gentleman who helped me over the phone around 9 PM on March 8 was incredibly kind and helpful, I really wish I had gotten his name. He made the whole process so much easier and gave me peace of mind. My family said check-in was smooth and the hotel was great overall. The bathroom was extremely clean, no gunk in the corners or built up around the toilet base. Vinyl flooring throughout and the sheets were soft. The pillows were small squares so bring your own if you are particular about your pillows. I thought they were fine. They had a blackout blind on the window and that was great. The building may look old and not 'high-end' but the inside was new and updated and CLEAN!! The area was quiet and the neighbors were quiet too. I will most definitely stay here again! The wi-fi was quite slow but we were able to hotspot off our phone. We were concerned when we pulled up as the outside of the hotel is dated and kind of sketchy at night. The room was clean and definitely more modernized. Bed was comfortable and clean.
