This property meets basic needs. No frills but fairly clean and updated. Location was fantastic, minutes from downtown St Augustine. Beds were firm but not uncomfortable, could use better pillows.

The room was very basic, no safe, no coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. There was mould in the shower and dirty ashtrays outside each door. Very unappealing for anyone who was hoping to sit outside. Breakfast was okay, however the only beverage was coffee, no juice, no water. There was staff member to refill items than ran out.
