Looking for a reason to go to Southern Utah in Nov & Dec. This is it! 100?night.

This recently furnished condo has 3 bedrooms 2 baths and fully furnished kitchen. It is located on the ground floor so there are no stairs.

Las Palmas resort provides swimming (Olympic size to kiddie pools), tennis, shuffle board, ping pong, racquetball and a large work out room. 10 people a day can use the resort with our membership. Additional persons cost $5 a day.

We have 2 Homeowner pools especially for children with hot tubs.

We are close to the very popular Tuacahn outdoor theater which has excellent plays.

If you love biking there are some wonderful trails close by.

One hour away from Zions National Park.

1 1/2 hours from Vegas.

The Shakespearean festival in Cedar City is 50 minutes away.

Close to the Children's museum, splash pads, shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.

A very large new park with a fun train ride (very small fee) and playground equipment is 5 minutes away by car.

We are 10 minutes from the LDS St. George Temple.

A great place for a getaway in St.George

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. And the amenities on property were just great. We especially enjoyed the pool areas. We’ll hopefully be back!

Perfect location!

This property was perfect for my friends and I when we came to St. George to complete in the 70.3 triathlon. The description was accurate, the amenities were fabulous - we used the lap pool and the hot tubs, and having our own little outside area with a great view was a bonus! Would stay here again!

Great place

View from patio was spectacular. Plenty of seating to enjoy each other’s company. Drive to Zion wasn’t too far. Local restaurants with delicious food. We had a great time.

The property was great. This is an older building but this owner has done a tremendous job taking care of this condo. I would rent this one again.

It was a good fit for our needs.

Good experience overall. No real issues. Thanks for a nice stay. Owner could do a little maintenance on the back sliding door and its screen so it doesn’t feel like it’s gonna break when it’s used—but it’s an easy fix.

Lovely Las Palmas

We love the location, and have stayed at Las Palmas several times. Our main complaint was that candy was left on the counter,and there were sugar ants everywhere. We didn't arrive until 8:00 pm and had to venture out to find a store that had Raid to kill them. Not the welcoming committee we were hoping for. 🥴

It was as described. We appreciated the extension cords in bedrooms for our devices. We didn't need to find empty electrical plugs. The place was very well stocked. Would rent it again. Only down item was the hours for the pool and fitness rooms. The main pool and fitness room didn't open until 9am. Minor concern in relation to our stay. Thanks for a great time.

Las Palmos Condo St. George, UT

Beautiful view from first floor patio! Unit was adequate but needs updating. Cleanliness was not as advertised as tile floors in kitchen and baths needed to be cleaned. Carpets could also use a good scrubbing. Patio door and screen are in terrible shape. The patio door lock is very poor and could easily be broken into.

Little getaway was perfect!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful condo in St. George! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into making the space welcoming and comfortable. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and blankets.The beds were incredibly comfortable (which is always a big win on vacation!), and we loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings after a full day of pool time. The location was perfect—quiet, but still close to everything we wanted to do and great local restaurants.The hosts were so thoughtful and communicative, making sure we had all the information we needed before arrival. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay a great experience.We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed home base in southern Utah!

Smell

When we got there it’s smelled very strong like mildew. We put soap down drain and disposal and open doors to air out the first hour. Otherwise I’ll come back it was a good stay.

Great condo

We had a great stay here. A few minor "bumps in the road" but the owners responded very quickly and helped us figure out the issue. We not only recommend this condo, we already have it booked for our next stay.

Great 3 bedroom getaway

Great communication with owner. We enjoyed the property, the pools, the views. We were in town for a softball tournament and enjoyed the pools etc on our down time. Only thing missing was a barbeque grill. It would've been nice for evenings. Would stay there again if it's available when we go

Fun place to stay

This is a great location if you are going to The Plays at Tuacahn. Since my family is older, we love the fact that we didn’t have to go up stairs. Has a beautiful view, the beds were comfortable, and it was furnished very nicely. Thanks for the use of your condo.
