Fun At The Ledges is a spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 2,692 sq ft villa ideally situated just steps away from the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. This well-designed property boasts a large kitchen and two outdoor living spaces, providing ample room for everyone to enjoy. The main level features the master bedroom and a fantastic, well-equipped kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, making it convenient for guests to dine in during their vacation. Step out onto the lower back patio, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. Upstairs, there's additional outdoor patio space on the upper balcony, featuring a seating area with lounge chairs to relax and enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon at any time of the day.

Southern Utah's outdoor attractions, including Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away), offer a breathtaking backdrop for exploration. For nighttime entertainment, catch a play at the Tuacahn theater located just 10 miles away.

The home is large and is furnished with everything you need. We love the pool, enjoy a trip to Veyo, the Ivins Reservoir, the Children's museum and Snow canyon. We plan to come here again next year.

Almost perfect....

Beautiful, clean and spacious home. However, most of the beds were rock hard, making getting a good nights sleep a little tough. As much as we liked the rest of the house, this is a deal breaker and we would not go back until they upgraded their mattresses. Another small side note is the ice maker wasn’t working, which was unfortunate.

They had many kitchen appliances that we were able to use and we loved having the extra refridgerator in the garage. We cooked almost all our meals here for a week long vacation. We ran out of trash bags and soap and the company replaced them right away. The layout was perfect. My only small complain was there were not enough seats to sit for meals. More chairs around the table would’ve been perfect. There was a lot of popcorn under the couch and in the couches. A deep clean of that area is needed.

Great place for relaxing stay

A Perfect Fall Break Get away

We stayed here over fall break and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room to accomodate our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook a few meals there which was very nice. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and pickle ball courts were a hit with the kids. We definitely plan to stay here again.
