Fantastic golf destination

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental worked great for all 6 of us men. Plenary of room, clean and comfortable. The TV reception thru Dish network was bad though as our Saturday weather had us indoors more than outside and the tv kept skipping due to the satellite service.

Awesome experience!

The property was awesome! There was a heated pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts within walking distance. The home was spacious and had plenty of room for our 12 guests. I was able to text the owner with any questions and they responded quickly. We had an awesome time and will definitely be booking here again!

Relaxing location

Condo was great for our family. The layout is perfect with enough bedrooms and beds and 2 areas to hang out together in. It was clean and very organized. We liked sitting out on the deck. It is conveniently located just down from the pool and pickleball courts but not too close to hear all the noise. We love staying at Ledges. Check in/out was easy and communicated well. Only negative was the too soft beds but I know that is a personal preference. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We love how the kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances you’d need to cook a great meal for my family & friends. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of beds to accommodate a large family/friend group. I recently went with a group of friends and we had a great time staying in the condo, we ate, did crafts, and watched movies.

Beautiful Home away from Home

Literally everything that you could possibly think of, well decorated and quality all the way around. The home is spacious and great for a number of guest. The only negative was the distance out of St. George and away from shopping and dinning.

Snow at the Ledges

Overall unit was great, we had snow while there so golf was closed. There was plenty of room and unit was organized and clean. The only comment we would have is that the grill was kind of dirty and the outside of the windows could use a cleaning. We would rent again in the future.

Great Location and Amazing Golf Courses Right Around the Corner

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Paradise Found condo at the Ledges was perfect for our group of 4 that drove down from Salt Lake for a golf trip. The condo was perfect for our needs with spacious rooms, multiple shaded patios, great kitchen for cooking, and it even had a ping pong table in the garage! The pool and hot tub were large and barely crowded on Memorial day weekend. Dan was also insanely helpful in booking our tee times each day. I would highly recommend the Paradise Found condo.

Very well stocked with everything. Beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. All ten of us agreed it was the perfect place for our family holiday. We were able to hike, bike, horseback ride, golf play pickle ball and enjoy the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed cooking and eating our meals in.

We also had a little situation, that Dan helped us solve with ease. We had bought a couple that had never visited St. George before....he moved us into a little bit bigger place, so that we could have more space. From setting up tee times and accommodations everything was perfect.....thanks Dan for all your help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paradise Found was better than advertised. Huge property and the interior looked like it came out of a design magazine. Everything was WAY above average - would stay here again in a heartbeat. There isn't really anything negative I can say about this place. If I had to dig for "cons"...the only one that comes to mind is there was heavy drilling going on across the street early in the morning, so we woke up to the sound of a jackhammer early each morning. Other than that - this place is a gem. Highly recommended.

Yearly golf outing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the rentals was great with the exception of not being able to get a hold of anyone. We had a leaking Ice Maker line and a few clogged sinks that needed attention. Called the number provided twice and it went to voicemail. Left a message and never heard back from anyone. Called the number in the book provided on the counter during business hours. Had to go out and purchase our own ice because had to switch ice maker off. Good thing it was nothing serious.
