You will find paradise here at our condo in the Las Palmas Resort! This beautiful home is located in a beautiful cliff-side community, you can enjoy views of the red cliffs and city lights. Paradise Palms is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with well stocked kitchen. Being on the 3rd floor you get to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets in the evening on the balcony! You'll have views of the Southern Utah red mountains, Pine Valley caps, and city lights at night.This unit also offers you easy elevator access.

Las Palmas is located very close to the world famous bike trails like Bear Claw Poppy, Zen and Barrel Roll. Rock climbing at the GAP is also right there. The amenities with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball as well as right next to the Skate Park (Rinq) and nearby paved riding trails.

Minutes away from shopping/theaters, sporting activities, restaurants and other tourist attractions such as Coyote Gulch art community, Tuacahn Amphitheater and Zion National Park, this property also has the convenience of a community pool and its amenities.
